Hi,
Does anybody know how to cure itchy eyes. My eyes have recently become itchy and very sensitive to the light. My eyes don't burn they are just itchy and I have to keep rubbing them. i don't want to take any medicine as I hate, I repeat I hate taking medicine or pain killers. I would rather take herbal and natural stuff if I can.
I had a headache at the weekend, and after that my eyes started to become itchy. At the moment ehile I'm at home I can wear my sun glasses to block out the light, but when I'm out and about I can't as the sun isn't out. I hope i'm not coming down with a cold, I hate being ill.

I was going to say sounds like the crud or a cold/flu. I often just rinse my eyes with saline eye drops when they get itchy from dust or allergies. I wear sunglasses even if its cloudy, if they are bothering me that much. Sage will give you stone choices I mostly know herbs and supplements. I'd start taking viamin C and zinc to ward off any illness and boost the immune system....
hope your not getting ill....

They have the new antihist drops, one drop in each and the itch stops. In the meantime I'll send a bit to you and see if it soothes. Lots of fall sick going round but this feels maybe a bit like allergy/sinus with the eyes. Mind the leaves turn, earth changes...this is when my eyes itch a bit too. SO try what can help, very warm cloth on the eyes, saline or med drops, up your Vit C as Cats said...and wear the dark glasses. Use moss agate and amethyst as well...tho there is nothing better than emerald for eyes.
