Take care though
The target may be a symptom

Think of a problem as a link in a chain
The pain maybe a final link in the chain
And not the first
So removing the last link
Just exposes the next link
Any problem that we have
Is not always the blood on the floor?
Or the cut that cause the leakage
Or the knife that slipped
Or the stumble
Or the head ache the distracted you
I think you get the message

There is no real peace for us
It’s either all or nothing
Take the nothing and have your rest

As manic is just around the corner
The body clock is one thing
Spirit time is totally another
It is well out of sync

With your natural body clock
The body clock of an American is different
Different from us English
Our time zones are different

Everyone has different body clocks
Spirit have there own clock to work from
And it’s us in the middle
So enjoy it all while you can

It has not got a clue that we are even here

Learning life's lessons is important
Only then can one move on
Do not treat everyone the same
Everyone should be treated on merit
Love is a thing that can cause pain
Life is a thing that can create pain

Do not add to it
Love is created by giving out live
Pain is created by giving out pain
let it all go

And love can once again come back into your heart
Maybe, even heal a damaged heart

You make the mistake of believing that we have a choice
We all have a journey to make in life
We are not in full control of everything that happens to us
Our journey is preset
The lessons that we have to learn
Are not made by physical choice's
If we do not learn a lesson
We will go back around till we learn
If its pain that helps us learn
The so be it
When we have learnt our lesson

Then it’s back to the next one
