Ah well the magazines ok, better for those of you in USA.
I listened to the chanting one, not meditated with it. it sounds like bees buzzing. i started to listen to one of the other meds after your treatement last Sat and fell asleep then ian came home so.... one day i will sit and meditate with the other CDs, when the time is right it will be done |
