Teach and Learn #2 from miaBefore I go to help someone, I sit quietly, cross legged on my seettee or bed.
In front of me is a lighted candle, gentle music playing to cover other sounds.
I ground, sending roots from my tailbone as opposed to feet, draw in Light from my crown all the way through to the roots and put a bubble around myself.
I then ask Ascended Masters, Angels and Guides to be with me, to guide and protect me. And any healers, surgeons and doctors who are willing to help for the highest good of *name*
Then I think of the person and wait to arrive.
I rarely see a face, sometimes not even a body.
The person is usually laying on a couch/massage bed/operating table? whatever it is it is narrow.
I see clearly the place I need to sort out.
All around the person there stand those I asked to help me.
Usually Jesus and Mary, Merlin, some I don't recognise and angels.
Angels usually stand at the persons head with their hands either side and on the brow.
I do whatever needs doing, angels take away bits and hand me other bits.
I have no idea how I know what to do, it just comes to me.
When all is done, I do a sort of check to ensure all is ok.
I know I am finished when I feel different, clear headed and I cannot see the others anymore.
