to take the edge off today. Did you know that a 3 yr old has more power than a 52 yr old adult? They just say no and we are to fall to our knees...how do they change so completely overnite!

I'm Shorley age 51, although some days I reverse those digits, a Virgo and mom to Allen, T.J., Shane and Heather, grandma to Brenda, Bobby, Marcus, April, Tyler, Ashley and Madeline. I am the maid, chauffer, hairdresser and general slave to three minis, Triggy, Blue and Alfe as well as 3 full-sized equine, Daisy, Copper and Sophia. I am also ruled by 2 exquisitely cute Cairn terriers Chloe and Dillion and one aged cat named Grimalkin. Hubby Jim is a wonderful guy who indulges my horsey obsession and enjoys, thank goodness, building barns and other horse needs and loves them all too. We share the house (and barn) with our dear friend Sandy, her 5 kitties Ollie, Jagger, Lucky, Sam, Rufus, the turbo Pomeranian puppy Peanut and the TBs Tequila and Martini.

We are still in the process of moving to the little farm and finally have gotten the rest of the barns up this weekend and most of the house done. We are down to the home stretch I think and only have cosmetic things to do now like complete the color coat on the walls, molding and lay the laminate in the downstairs. We still have 20 years of posessions to move so that will be the last step and are slated to be all moved one way or the other by early to mid Feb.

I have no special talents or gifts that come to me on a regular basis but strange things do happen a lot that can't be explained by usual means. I follow my own path spiritually and don't prescribe to any one religious dogma. I am just me. q18

Hello everyone. I am 55. A Virgo too. I enjoy the outdoors and being with my horses. I have been married for 27 years with grown step children. I joined this site a while back as I enjoy the closeness and feel I can be honest without someone bashing me. I am learning how to trust again and it feels very good. I've also been extremely depressed this past year and I am working on that too.

I enjoy reading posts from members because they are open and honest.

I also believe that Truth and Decency will triumph in the end...

Mom to three girls (Jessica, 13, Jenna, 11, and Johanna, 6). I work part time as a real estate brokers assistant. I have my own license also, however since my kids do online school at home, I work with them when I'm not being an assistant so haven't had any time to work on sales myself.

John and I are celebrating our 17th year of marriage on 08-08-08 this year, which also happens to be our 20th anniversary of our first kiss on 8-8-88 :q17:

John and I are both Reiki Level 1 practioners and will complete level 2 next month. Really looking forward to that. We've been on a spirtual and emotional journey this last year that has brought us closer than ever.

Hi all....I am 53 years old, Sagittarius, married 8 years to 2nd hubby.
I have one daughter, 33.
I have 8 horses with one foal due in March.
4 house dogs, 6 elderly chickens, and 8 barn cats.

I have learned so much in the last year with the help of Debs and reading and soaking up all that I could of the postings of others on this board. And those things literally saved my life during a bad time last year.

And continue to help me to this day.

And I am learning that people just have to accept me as I am....

My name is Pam. I will be 64 this year. Have been married to the same great guy for 40 something years. :q17: We both love horses. q15

We are owned by one 20 yr. old QH, 14 minis, 3 shetlands, 6 dogs, 8 goats, 3 cats, 1 cockatiel, too many to count chickens and ducks, plus a Canadian Goose and my 3 adorable Sebastonpols (SP) Geese. I will post a picture in my avator as soon as I figure out how. My hubby & I are retired I have no special talents, but am trying to trust myself when I 'think' things about my animals. I like my animals better than I like most people. Oh yes, I am Taurus.

Hi all, I'm Patti and 46 yrs. young.

I learend about this site thru Debs on NLH.

I have been attuned to Master/Teacher levels in Usui Reiki,and Seichem Reiki. I am also attuned to Akashic Records, Egyptain Cartouche, and many others. I seem to be an energy freak. Hypnosis, massage therapy and yoga are areas that I am also certified in. I have a background in psychology and my loves are my family, art and photography.

I spend most of my days as a stay at home grandma right now for my 10 month old grandson. I also have a busy 9 y/o daughter and a busy 22 y/o daughter. I am also privately teaching yoga to a couple of people in their homes, and teach reiki.

I love to learn and look forward to getting o know you all.
