Dear Nigel,
I sit here my heart is so full, tears in my eyes, because this touched me so deeply and it's exactly how "I" feel and heal, myself and others. I am reminded of a discussion we had on the boards a while ago, asking if one had to hurt to heal.....this "THIS" is the perfect answer....YES! No wonder I love you dear friend.
