Selenite? - photos addedDoes anyone have any knowledge or experience with selenite? I recently saw the "castle type" in person. & was bowled over. I might have to buy one. And none of it cost very much. They seem to glow from within. Please tell me what you know! Thanks - TT (castle type is last picture)

Oooooooooooooooooooo Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Selenite (gypsum) is a soft soft stone, salt based and will dissolve in water so do NOT rinse it ever! She is one who generates her own power and cleansing and she can and does cleanse and charge others. I keep a good sized wand on top of my bedside bowl of stones to keep them in tiptop for for me.
Selenite is such a gentle but powerful stone. Most always you can feel a soft rhythm when you hold them, sometimes she is cool or heats quickly when needed. She is an excellent grounder and works well with the crown chakra tho I have used her with all of them.
Many massage folk and accupressurists use the rounded wands. The castle one is magnificent! She sure drew me! Selenite is also very delicate and can flake and break so she requires care if not in a polished wand or form.
A bit of info for you:

Hope this helps TT, if you can get them I highly recommend every one own at least one. I don't carry them as they are so delicate in roughs but order them as requested from Best, they have the nicest I've seen for a good price.

Hermie: WOW!! Is that YOURS????
Sage: Thanks, I'll go to all those places, but I think I'll wait until war practice or Pennsic next year to buy one in person -- if I can wait that long! We;ll see. What an addiction this crystal/stone thing has become!
