Session 5. (16:00 to 17:00)
Started off with a dark background and triangles and other symbols spinning around and leaving trails
Blue and Green background with Yellow sun shapes
When I went through the sun shape I was like an Aeroplane flying over the country side, first I went up to Durham Cathedral (something told me that it was that building) I then went over the countryside to other Churches, some surrounded by countryside some in towns, all sorts of churches were visited even across the desert to series of White buildings one a hill (Israeli, don‘t ask how I think I knew)
When Sarah cupped her hands over my ears I heard the sea (Sarah says that water is emotions), I now find myself at the bottom of the water with pools of light in the distance with fish swimming to the light, I never did get off the bottom and the only light was the pools of light in the distance
Many colours in the session, but in the last session I was told to look through the colours
When Sarah put her hands on my heart chakra the whole vivid session ended, it was like the plug was pulled out and every thing ended
All things were seen when I was on my back (nothing when I was on my face)

All the time while I was on my back and Sarah was doing my head it felt like I filled the room, my whole being just filled the room, but it all crashed so fast when Sarah touched my heart chakra it hurt (its about time I came down to earth)
