Reiki/Seichem Session 10Session 10 (09:45 to 10:15)
After reading a book on meditation , I have changed the way that I approach the session, it says that you should not look for images with your eyes (I was), it also says that the images that you see are only distractions to meditation.
Plenty of colours seen, they went from Plumb to Yellow as Sarah worked her way down my body, plenty of quick images like a marine in dress uniform working through a railway station, someone falling over, someone tripping up the stairs and someone dying, I was bathed in White at one point and I saw Lynne upstairs kneeling down working on the bottom shelf, lots of other images but they just flashed on by.
We did EFT, again on my control element.
I went to town on Thursday , I have never felt so nervous and out of place in my life, is it the Seichem that has unbalanced me or the lack of control that has left me feeling vulnerable ?
Very interesting
Tapping like mad at work to try to get rid of the feeling of being out of place, no longer sure of your self
Sleeping is still poor due to not being able to get back over after dreaming, I’m dreaming such a lot
