Great photo... it made me smile and prompts me to tell of my own Reiki cat...
Katie is a calico, about 14 years of age and loves Reiki. She will both give and receive energy. When the mood fills her she will attend the Reiki shares here at the shop. Katie gets up on the table and will curl up between the knees of who ever is being reikied and sometimes stay there as each person gets their turn.
Um, she has also been known to take a paws on approach to working on the root chakra. You can imagine how this cracks us up.
The other day, my friend Kat came in for dream catcher class. Not many days prior Kat had injured her ankle. Katie came downstairs, curled up next to Kat's hurt ankle, where she was resting it in a chair and stayed there sharing Reiki for over an hour.
:-) Such a good healer she is!
