Reiki and CancerThis is not the first time I have faced helping one thru cancer
I would wish never to do it again
Such a harsh disease
full of hurt and fear
but the Reiki and the energy and love finds it's way to their heart and lifts their hopes
In hope there is healing...in healing there is hope.

My ex has lung cancer, recently diagnosed.
My children are doing their best for him.
I am doing my bit from a distance.
It is hard, very hard, I have the guilt bit too.
My daughter comes home drained after seeing him.
I cannot imagine what he is going through though.
Also two very good work colleagues have been diagnosed with breast cancer and another friend with throat cancer.

I lost my Dad to lung cancer on 14/02/2008
In addition, a work colleague’s Dad has been diagnosed
With the same thing
He has been told that they think that they can treat it
My Dad was told you have two months to live
Here is an appointment for three months
Moving on
There seems to be a movement to put cancer on the list of things we should not treat
Can Reiki be used on Cancer Patients? In Reiki books and manuals, and on Reiki web sites one may find a growing list of conditions that Reiki should not be used on. The lists may include any or all of some of the following: Reiki makes cancer tumors grow and burns hotter. Reiki cannot be sent to individuals while they are undergoing surgery. Reiki cannot be used on pregnant women, individuals with pacemakers or babies. Reiki cannot be used on broken bones that are not set. None of these restrictions should hold true for the healing energy we were born with, the pure energy of Reiki that can do no harm and works for the higher good . Surgical nurses and nurses who work in oncology or cancer wards, who have been initiated into Reiki, report back that their patients do better. There have also been a few doctors who have been initiated into Reiki. Those who practice the ancient art of hands-on Reiki healing have worked on every possible ailment or condition without problems.

why do people have to add their postage stamp to things, they cant just take something pure and use it as purely as the day it was given to them, they have to taint it in some way.
Ego is not something that should be bought into the world of Reiki and anyone who does would not be permitted to lay their hands on me.

I learned in my sound therapy course that creating the musical interval called a 5th with metal has been scientificaly proven to kill cancer cells.
you could i guess use a guitar, himalayan bowls, if you can find two that will create this interval.
try an orchestral CD though i think the vibration would have lot to do with it.

toning with the voice for 20 mins a day is proven to increase the immunogobuline (spelling sorry) levels of the immune system, if she has the strength.
Oooh is the tone to use for the solar plexus area/pancrease.

We get to an age where all that went before
Are no longer with us
My brother was quick to tell me that I was the oldest of our generation
But I am not a worrier
hehehe

My love and Blessings to both of You.  I lost my dad in Oct of 2001 ,Alzheimer's and lost mom March 5 of this year. My sister has been gone since 1992(cancer) and oldest son since 1987. Talk about a family reunion over there,bet it's still going on

Thank you for sharing that Hermie. Today I went back to the show and used a new symbol and did a full body hands on, my kind of way Reiki with her and it was a wonder. WE felt so much during that session and she looked brighter and felt good and went on to take Reserve Champ driving with her wonder horse, Fred. I was so happy I cried! I shall continue to help any and all cancer folks. The light in their eyes, the light in their step after fills me and makes me glad I am who I am and can do what I do. The intent is pure and can do no harm. We follow our own drummers friend Hermit. I will beat mine always.
What was lovely as well was those around who quietly stepped away but felt drawn to watch...I could feel their hope and light...so many questions and hugs after...Good medicine.
