Remember this post I put up a few months ago???:

"Something very strange has been happening (well, stranger than usual) and with more frequency. Examples:

Today, debs posted abut the 2012 thing. Ok, read that. Then went to watch TV & looking at on-screen guide for what I might watch this evening. Yep, there's a show on history channel called Decoding the Past: 2012 Profecy." I saw the show about a year ago, but why is it on tongiht? Why did I look?

Ok, yesterday, I was reading a book about real women in the middle ages. I was reading about a queen named Adalaide who was wife to Louis VI. Read it, stopped, went in to do computer stuff.

Backstory, I had emailed a friend in the SCA for directions to his house. He said there was someone coming from my way from a nearby town. He sent her my email address.

I asked him, was it a woman with the persona name "Juliana" and he said yes. Ok, someone I know already.

So, yesterday afternoon I get an email from someone with a mundane (real) name on the address and the topic line says "It's Juliana" so I'd know who email was from.

In the email, she tells me she has changed her persona name. Guess what it is? Adalaide!!! OMG...........

This is happening at least once a day. Sometimes 3-4 times a day. It's getting more often as I said. There is no benefit to me to link up with this sort of thing as far as I can tell. I can sometimes tell who's ringing the phone, but this current thing has no advantage. WHAT'S IT ABOUT? What would it be called?"

UPDATE: So, now maybe it's going further. Three things have happened just within the past week that are blowing me away.

1.) My son & I were somewhere together. He put one of his instruments down & walked away to talk with someone else. I waited a while for him to come back, but he didn't. His drum was beside my chair along with others. For some reason, I felt the drum "say" to me that it was in trouble. I felt I shouldn't leave it. But then I figured, my son is a grown man & would know if this were a situation to be concerned about. Apparently he wasn't concerned, so I figured I'm just "hearing" things. The next day he tells me someone stole the drum!!! This NEVER NEVER NEVER happens in our group & it was some stranger who sat & played for a minute then disappeared with the drum. OMG!!!!

2.) I was returning to camp one day & saw my tent on the hill about 500-600 feet away. For some reason, it looked to me like something was wrong. I went to my tent & found that the zipper that closed it wasn't as I had left it. When I opened my tent, I found things all amiss. The bed had been slept in & I didn't do it!! Later, I found out it was a friend who had had her tent flooded and bedding soaked, so she slept in mine, which is ok with me, but how could I have known something wasn't right with the tent from 500-600 feet away. OMG!!

3.) Today, I got a good-sized package in the mail. I wasn't expecting anything. I didn't know anyone by the return name & address, but I KNEW it was a gift from one of my SCA friends and I KNEW who.. I just knew it. AND IT WAS! A very sweet unexpected gift from someone I never expected a gift from. OMG!!

So now, I guess this is getting serious. I also knew 2 others things that took place today, before they happened. I just tuned in to them this morning, and darn if they didn't happen. They were good things.

So, I guess, those who said this thing would progress are right. Every single one of these things was a surprise to me when they happened. I still don't know what the purpose is in this thing, but it's progressing, I guess. I'm just telling you guys because it's so amazing to me. Been going on in a small way for about 6 months. Serious stuff for about 3 weeks. I wonder how far it will go.......TT (Do I get a prize for the longest post ever?)

I think you are giving people an idea of what it's like to be "tuned in" to the universe.......

I have been told by someone who is, that it's like having your antennae pointing just the right way, and YOU are the radio or conduit.

Some are born with their antennae already pointing the right way, some have to play around and practice and aim it..... Sounds like you're starting to aim it.

Goosebumps....keep listening my friend and yes I think you are just tuned in. You are happy excited about the things coming in your life..makes a good conduit. Thanks so much for sharing..those are very powerful. Did he get the drum back? That is a sad thing...I know he loves them.

Thanks folks. I will start paying more attention when it happens. It's just so hard to believe it's happening when it is.

No, he didn't get the drum back & he won't. It was a favorite too. He's more distressed, I think, at the idea of someone coming to an event with theft in mind.

The general consensus is that it was not an SCA member, but an interloper who attended just to prey on people. Everyone in SCA is known by someone & no one knew this person or had seen him before. New participants are always welcome at events, but as we know, some people are just slime. They usually don't filter thru.

The virtues are chivalry, bravery, justice, honor and courtesy. If one can't muster up those things, that person isn't welcome in the SCA too long.

Theft was taken seriously enough in the middle ages to have the hands cut off. It is very serious to this particular group of people. No, he won't lose his hands if seen again, but he will be seriously reprimanded and banished. Several said they would recognize him.

The drum can be replaced, as son said, but the trust/faith in people will be harder. If any group can rebuild those things, it's the SCA.
