Our first SNOW!Good grief......It's only Oct. 4 and a week ago it was in the 70's and 80's.
The snow level fell down to our elevation last night and early this morning. Fortunately nothing stuck around. (smile) We are at about 3300 ft. The butte that our community is named for is all covered in white stuff.
Horses got extra hay this morning. There's been a fire going in the wood stove all last night and today........ (Thanks to the hubster)...... and we opened up the center of the barn for the youngsters to come into. I'm not used to all this dark gray sky!
Oh, and we totally missed out on the Harvest Moon last evening.....Figures.  ..... Too cloudy.
