I think I need this..
I had the weirdest day where everything went 1/2 right   by the end I was frustrated and swearing rather loudly while stomping through the grocery store for the 3rd time due to forgetting things..... I had been trying to give up swearing and well I seem to suck at not swearing...that or too much frustration needs an outlet and that used to be a smoke and a glass of wine.......
