I'm sorry when you have problems letting go
I'm sorry when you feel so guilty about things that just happen
But all that is talked about is your personal development
Development is a thing that comes with trust
No one gets every message right
No one follows every spirit link
We all make mistakes while learning
That is how we learn
If a spirit comes to you and scares you
Then its them that has chosen the wrong way for you
Spirit to human contact is about them getting it right
If they arrive in a way that you do not understand
If the arrive in a way that scares you
They are the ones that have got it wrong
Not you
Doing things right is all important
If you wish to get a message across to someone
Its all important that you get it right
Spirit must follow the same rules
If they cause confusion or panic
Then they are the ones that need to change the method of approach
Personal development is a thing that cannot be rushed
Personal development is a thing that comes when the time is right
Nothing can rush these things
They come in there own time

People always miss the lost loved ones
They always wish they had done this or that
It seems to be a universal problem
Losing friend and or family is sometime that happens as we get older
Its just one of those things
Its not personal
We are all getting older
Our bodies will breakdown and require repairs
Sometimes those self same bodies are not repairable
Be the bodies organic or machine
They will be unrepairable at sometime in our lives

Let them go in peace
They would not want you to be so wound up in there passing
Its a time to rejoice
For they are free of the earthly restraints
They can visit us or any place or person in time
They have a freedom we can only dream about
Free from pain and worries
Free, free to roam as they wish
