MA's thoughts and old dreams.......There was a time when I first moved to where we live and had visions of building a meditation garden......complete with a pathway, benches, and a gazebo. The colors of the flowers would be based on chakra colors. And I would also have shrubs and herbs throughout that were specific for healing. (Not sure what happened.)
And that's not all! I also was thinking of a section of the landscape being a memorial garden. (For a nominal price) people would have been invited to plant a flower, tree, or shrub in memory of a loved one....until the space was filled up.
That's STILL not all..... The next thing I envisioned was a small "lodge" on our property where we could host gifted people to come and speak..... People like Sage.......or ???...... One of the focuses would be on Animal Communication.
I've shared some of this with Larry, but all I know he's picked up on is my comments about "cutting back" and "let's not breed all the mares"....etc.....I have stated that I would like our numbers to get down to about 25......Ummm......how does he figure that will happen???
Anyway.....even with my dream of the garden and the lodge, I still do want some animals (just not so many!) and then allow people to use them for animal communication practice.
I still have the dream.......It may not happen on this property, but who knows? One can do a lot on 45 acres......especially so close to a highway.

Your location is prime...begin one step, stake out the pathway or the garden, plant something that holds meaning to you....it is hard to begin..I know well. Money is paramount and we have so little but we have faith, hope, dreams, wishes...who knows what we can manifest if we give it to Source and flow eh?

That would be a wonderful thing on your property....I love where you are and it's so peaceful there...start small and work your way up, you never know where it might lead you...

Thanks for listening, Kathy and Sage..........It is good to get that dream down in writing and in public. (I've written it in my journal, but it's been ages ago.)
Obviously the first thing that has to happen is to reduce the numbers with our herd. Right now we are at 60 with minis and ponies.....plus 6 big horses, 5 llamas, and a GOAT. Oh, and an Angus Steer.....but he's going down the road very soon. (The 60 is actually better than when we moved here......We did have 75+......)
Last breeding season I convinced Larry that we needed to cut back on foaling for this year. We're looking at having about 6 or 7 foals. Yay! But, now Larry feels the economy will be turning by next year and is exposing more mares to the stallions.......(sigh)
I love our horses and do NOT want to "unload" them. And this is a horrible time to try to sell...... Which is why I don't want any more babies right now! But Larry feels that it's best to sell mares pregnant.
My dream(s) that I wrote about originally were things I shared with Larry when we first moved here.......5 years ago......... Perhaps I need to share them with him again?

Yes, I think it would be helpful to share also....I'm not of the same agreement on the economy...and if those pregnant mares don't sell, then you have added to your herd again...that's just my opinion  take it with grain of salt! :)

What a wonderful dream! You mustn't let it go. It is perfect.
You have the property, the space, your dream is halfway there already!

Baby steps booboo..... hold the dream in your heart and do one thing that is a step toward it. If you tackle it this way it will happen in time.
I like your vision and your dream. It is very hard when 2 people have different dreams or no dreams.....
I too want to get my animals down...... the horses need to find a home....it is hard they are like my children so I don't want them to just go to whoever it has to be the right home.....
Communication is important tell him and if he doesn't share your dream cross that when you get to it. Dreams can change over time.
We cannot give up our dreams otherwise what is the point in living
