Holistics are a group of people that have had a life of contrasts

We come into this world chosing our parents
The life that is to come should be no supprise
But once we chosen the life for the lessons to be learnt
We forget all that we previously knew of our future
For as a spirit we chose it for the lessons to be learnt
We run a rollercoast of emotions to learn these lessons
We can only move on when these lessons are learnt

So now we group together to help each other
To learn from each others experences
So now we have a group of people at differing stages of life lessons
As we learn we share with our spiritual friends

The highs and the lows
However, at times we give too much of ourselves
The lows are sometimes given to others
Not as conversations for like minded people
But as rants against the people that we love the most
The people that could help us the most

You always hurt the one's you love
The one's that you should not hurt at all
However these rants are upsetting even in holistic circles
For cut us and we bleed
Being holistic does not protect you from pain
It makes it go on longer
For being holistic means we let things go on longer than most people

However, the pain can only goes on for so long
Then you find the need to protect yourself from pain
You find the need to protect your friends from pain
You need to make a choice that is painful to yourself and others

But it does have to be done and you also need the support of your friends
You feel isolated in taking action to protect yourself and friends
You feel that the support you need is divided

It is not
If you make a choice for the right reasons
Then you have the support of your holistic friends
