The first thing you need to do is project yourself.
I first learnt I could project myself when I was talking to someone in chat.
She was very upset and I felt her hurt and found I was standing beside her.
After that we practised going to each other.
I just think of the person, concentrate on her/him then I am there.
If I go for no reason except for contact, I have to concentrate on staying.
Try it
I give permission for you to come to me.
You may only feel my energy, you may see me.
It depends on why I go or what I do when there , if I see the person or place.

No, no need for an address or country, just think in your mind. 'mia, mia, really hard and you sort of go.
You will probably feel me first and/or visualise me, colours, surroundings.

Let's see, I would love to try this but I'm at work today and it's pretty crazy here...I will be working part of the day tomorrow too..Mia what time of the day is ok? Lady, it doesn't matter, you won't disturb me honestly.
I have spirit, come in all times of day and night.
I feel my friends when they think of me, don't always know who they are lol, just that they are friends.
So no worries ok.

I should have mentioned grounding and protecting.
I don't do this myself when visiting friends, but I spose you should really.
It's up to you.

I smile at this. Mia, you are so full of good and light. Some folks put labels on what we can do but we just know we can do it. Mind the bubble with you inside, mind you can control direction and fly with pure intent when you all try this. Mia, oftimes have I thought of you, felt you and scented your spirit and I smile too.
You make a fine point by saying" I give permission", this is important..don't want to intrude when not needed or wanted or by those who wish not to be felt or seen. Always with permission and pure intent..this should be a fine experience for all.

Well i went somewhere

first of i felt aches and pains, right inside elbow, left wrist and my throat kept enlarging like an empty vessel but something wanting to come out.

right ear had a slight pain too, you not muscling in on me was you sage

tight band round head, from both ears forward to front of temples.

i seemed to be looking up at you from the floor, i kept trying to stand up and be tall and in the room but couldnt.

i remember thinking oh this is nice to meditate and be awake not keep nodding off, the next thing i know i come to, been off somewhere but definately not asleep.

as i came too i heard 'feet', and though oh yeah while im here ill do some healing on the feet, the feet had skin tone pop socks rolled down to the ankles.

it was lovely i havent meditated in a long time and my body started dissapearing, hands first, hmmmm felt good

My slippers are skin tone, no pop socks.
If I go to visit someone, say my soul sis.
I often go to her if I am feeling down and want a cuddle.
I like to get in her tummy.
Cos you see when we travel/project, we have no body, we are just energy, so we can fit in anywhere.
I am rambling again, sorry.
Now if I arrive near her shoulder, I cannot just walk/float to her tummy, I have to sort of wriggle.
Then I burrow in.
(Gosh that sounds awful lol)
Maybe its me, I dont know, others may be able to move easier.
So, what I am saying is, if you arrive on the floor, try and swim/wriggle, move somehow to where you want to be.

I just had a thought.
You may have visited Amy, she is upstairs and has all sorts of aches and pains .............

Have you ever been called to someone?

I am just curious as I practice a lot of manifesting using astral travel, my sister knows I use her house when she is at work for practice q21

that way I do not just intrude but it is a place where I have lots of landmarks to aim towards.

But several times I have been pulled to a place or person....its a little weird the first few times then it just is q18

But only to those who I interact with a lot, those I respect and love and those who call to me.

I spose I am saying those I have a bond with.

No 'strangers' unless they want to go to the Light.

A soul sis has woken me in the night several times.

I just tried to do this, but I don't think that I went anywhere..All I got was a sharp pain in my upper right arm...and food, something with shrimp, and something else with something sprinkled on it, I think...lol....Anyway, I will try again later......

I did it and found myself behind someone on a computer
I stroked her hair and shoulders before leaving
I must do this more often
Maybe then I may have some control of my destination

Lady, perhaps you need to go to one you feel a strong connection with first.
One you love.
Try your husband, lover, sister.
There is no hurry, feel the love you have for them, think their name with emotion, feel you want to be beside them real badly, and go to them......

I've done this - or at least tried to. More telepathic stuff, though....not actually "traveling".

I've found that when I tried "too hard" it didn't work. And when I relaxed and just "sent", I was more successful.

Does that make sense to you?

Yes, boo boo, I do understand.
Trying too hard blocks the outcome.
Maybe your 'telepathic' stuff is enough, who knows?
I am no expert.
We all find our own way.
The way I do what I do, is unlike anothers.
As long as you are comfortable, and can make a contact, that is enough.

No, Mia.........I'm still learning too.

I want to try anything that may increase what ever ability I may have.

My experience with telepathy started out by accident, and then I decided to play with it. It's hit or miss. When I just "throw" things out into the universe, I have much more success.

Mia, Have you tried to "communicate" with an animal? It's the same thing.

Once we all get things sorted out on the new Page here for "Learning", and if anyone is interested, I think both Sage AND I could share what we know.....It's very hard to put things into words, though. :o)

Each time I have helped someone, I have had their permission.
I wouldn't do it without.
However, if the person was in a coma or unable to give permission and I had been asked by a loved one.
I would ask their higher self.
I have done this before with reiki.

However, there are sometimes when I don't feel I can help.
I am no good with my family. It just doesn't work, however Tory is there for me then and I can do her and her family cos she cannot.
Odd isn't it?

Of course you can come visit me.

I had a good friend visit me Sunday night, I was reading a book in bed. I recognised her energy and ......... we had a conversation!!!! Just a short one. Was fantastic!
I am waiting to catch her on msn to see if she knew about it. Cos she may have been asleep.

well, think im in the right post.

asked to be with mia and again that blanking out , then im holding some kind of small ball, think it might have been crystal and i am rubbing it with a pink and white knitted mitten.

im concerend as i have left fluff all over it and try to clean it with snow.

then i sent some healing and when i finished i tried again and just visualised giving you hug and i felt something touch me to the left of my thymus.

I felt healing, I relaxed completely, and drove along smiling :)
