I have beenattuned to Kundalini Reiki :)
Was in a chat room and a mate, out of the blue offered attunements.
We had 2 days instruction and the attunement last night.
There were 3 of us and A who did the att left the puter to send.
I sat on my sofa to receive (I love att's)
When I returned to my pc, about 15/20mins later, the other two had been chatting all thru the att!
I been playing with my new toy ;)

Ah well Mia, you'll get the most from it then congratulations. Attunements are sacred and special, a time for quiet and reflection and reception...but that's just my humble opinion.
If I do a distant att, we speak first, then I send them to set or lay as they wish whilst I do it, then we touch base later.
Do you feel any different? Not familiar with the in depth of the Kundalini Reiki but Reiki is and it is all good I believe.

So far the only difference I have noticed is the reiki comes thru much quicker, it doesn't warm up slowly, it is there immediately, and intense.
Maybe cos I am new to it, I dunno.
No symbols, maybe some in KR2, I not read up on it and I cannot open the manual he sent me cos its in word processor.
He gonna send it in word now.
All is easier, not so complicated as Usui, methinks I'll combine the two when I used to it.
I like KR, cos it's simple, easy to use and quick.
Usui is more, I cannot find the words, pampering lol, that's not the right word, but similar lol
Now I have to attune him to Etheral Crystals, I not done an EC att before, I pray I do it well.

Hmmm, interesting...I haven't found the Usui complicated but I think it depends who is teaching it maybe. I'll have to ask my students...I try very hard to encourage them to trust their instincts and go with the energy...to consider themselves a vessel.
Some get pretty hot about blending but I think Reiki by any name, call it sky blue pink Reiki, should manifest and adapt to today's humans lifestyles. I blend all things in me to do what I do and be who I am...if it flows then who is to say what is right or wrong eh?

Perhaps complicated is the wrong word.
But again, you may be right about the teacher.
I was given lots of do's and don'ts and how to and how not to's.
I gave up and learnt myself, my own way.
KR comes from the earth as opposed to Usui from above.
Another bit I just remembered lol
True what you say though, reiki is reiki :)
