Just thot I'd post a website for a woman named Marlene Lombardi She's quite amazing.

Her website tells of things folks here might find interesting. I must warn you, it's some heavy reading but well worth the time, IMHO.

At the top right of the homepage, click onto "tutorials." You might find it interesting & food for thought. Have fun.........I'd welcome any comments or discussion.

I very quickly went and read the first...definitely something I need to read while it is quiet..to much noise right now with dogs and tv...my quiet time is first thing in the morning. I'll read it thoroughly then and let you know what I think.

I enjoyed reading about the grounding and how to do it. She makes a lot of sense with her physical to spiritual theory. Debs is right about having quite time to read and take it all in. I' ll go back and read some more.
