gotta love emOh, I just love occular migranes -- they're so psychadelic! Don't really love anything that blocks out half (at least) of my vision. Hope my typing is aliright! I have to go shut my eyes now & enjoy the light show........

Yes, thank you! These things only last about 1/2 hour, and there's no pain involved, but vision is seriously restricted. The first time it happened, I had no idea what was happening.
I was in a mini-mart & gradually, the store started to fade to black. But only in splotches. By the time I got to the check-out, the clerk had no face! It was just a black hole.
Now, they are blotchy vision, surrounded and sometimes thru, a brilliant light show with streaks and zigzags. I've been told they are not signs of any other problem. But they sure are irritating! When I'd get them at work, I tried to type my way thru them, but it is impossible.
Since I'm home full-time now, it's just go away from the computer and go "listen" to TV. Fortunately, they pass pretty quickly -- if I'm not driving, that is. I've had to pull off the road several times. Oh well, could be a heck of a lot worse! Thanks for caring, you guys. - tt
