Just posted this on my Facebook........ will probably scare the crap out of some folks.
"Damn.......it's cloudy. Tonight is a Harvest Moon....... Watched the movie, "Practical Magic" tonight for probably the 10th time. Yep, I'm a witch. LOL. And yes there's lavender and rosemary planted at the front of our property. ...However, Larry just reminded me that the type of rosemary we have needs to be pulled in for winter........sigh......." This is a "magical" time.......do you feel it? Not sure why. Good night all.......

Gorgeous night, much like last night except for the wind, bit chilly but the clouds gauzed the sky and the wind played tag with them. Mother Moon played peek a boo as I lay back in my clearing wrapped warmly in a blanket by my fine fire.

Drizzly, Cloudy and ugh last night so I judt lite my candle inside and did fine that way.  Oh last mare that I bought had her foal about daylight. Pretty little palamino stud colt. I will see about a few picks later. He may be a keeper  Love and Blessings to all Cheryl

Ocasional arguments is all lol , mainly if Mattie looks like she wants to fuss at cats or horses. All I have to do is yell for both of them to drop , so things are going pretty well.

Skies were clear here and the moon out out in all her glory. Absolutely stunning! I didn't really have an opportunity to do my ritual last night, but this morning while the moon was still bright and full before the sun came up, I wrote my wishes down and then went outside and said them outloud and then burned my list and the ashes became part of my yard ;) | ||

Thats one way to look at it....interesting is right.....I've always been a big dreamer so I am not sure what is more than normal, even for myself...lol this moon wasn't bad at all actually I've had a really good fall so far, season may not have been official but when the maples start to change and the nights get cool I call it fall... |

Thanks for posting that pic. I tried to take one, but discovered my camera battery was totally dead. Camera wouldn't even turn on!
But the only thing I could think as I stared at that moon last nite: Diamond in the Sky. Yes, it was that. Diamond in the sky. Gorgeous. |
