FROST!!!!Well folks, here on the NY/Pa border...it's come....frost.
During the night old Jack came and painted up the acreage in his lovely frost. Yes, so pretty to look upon but oh how cold it is and now Old Man Winter will be impatient to get his due as well. Ah well tis what happens when you live in a seasonal region.
The trees are ablaze in GOLD this year, not so much red..but we've had so much rain. I will say working at my big table yesterday, making new pretties for the website, at my big french doors the view was gorgeous.

gorgeous trees.......we also are supposed to be getting frost...it is 28 at my house again but still no real frost....

We've already had Jack Frost visit here........Plus some white stuff fall..... I'm envious of all the beautiful color!

Even the desert has its own beauty
Just as a sea side town does
Man made for tourists
Beauty is all around
Between the man made concrete, glass and steel
The little parks and muddy north sea
Animals, birds, trees and flowers live there lives
Always there to see in those moments
When you stop and find time to smell the coffee
Within the chips and candy floss is nature
Just waiting for you to notice

I agree Hermit, the desert has its beauty. I would have just like to experience the seasons all of them, at least one time in my life. That's what happens when you are so tied to your space around you, and won't venture out and experience something different. I'm not unhappy , just sad that I tied myself down and didn't do more. Whether it be family, parents getting older etc. We all need to fly before it is too late, and age and illnesses really weigh you down.
If there is one thing I tell my kids is let loose and experience life and all it has to offer. Change is good and don't be afraid to move on.

This is so true...... look at me waiting to start a career until I am in my 40's but if you want something badly enough it will become reality.....I am still mom and it still interrupts but I am also on my way toward the things I want.

And again Hermit takes the throne....look at how my life has changed in the last year, look at many of us and the changes we have wrought..TT, Shirley, Ma, Kathy..and so on and so on.....
