This does not happen because you are not using it
This does not happen because you have used it so much that you are tired
It does not happen because you have done it so much that you are now on auto pilot
And auto pilot causes a loss of clarity of why you are still doing it
Ebb's and flows are a part of nature that is all around us all
The tides and seasons our emotions and fears
Reiki is reiki, it is the earth energies that we are using
And the earth's energies ebb and flow with life, power and strength
We have to find balance in our lives
We are conected to the earth's energies
Therefore we also ebb and flow
