Dreams, visions, totemsSometimes I really wish my dream life was a little less enthusiastic 
So I keep having this dream that I cannot quite remember upon waking....... I know in the dream I am searching for something...still not sure what.... today I awoke and remembered a little bit.....
There is a battle going on, and people I know are there with me...and as usual no one looks like themselves...I am getting really tired of that.... we are pursuing people in some sort of cave like structure that is huge......I am terrified but I have to protect a book and a knife a really strange knife....ok that is it all I remember of a dream I've had about 5 or 6 times....

The cougar came to visit I was walking along a stream bank in the woods somewhere and as I walked around the corner there was a cougar standing in the edge of the water it flicked its tail at me and I knew it wanted me to follow but I didn't move so it looked back at me and then the alarm went off 
The other night I dreamt of my mother and the freak she lives with....the dream started with them living the way they were the last time I saw them, in complete squalor surrounded by their druggy friends and all the other crap that caused me to walk away........ then the dream went backward and forward at the same time......it rewound to the future where she was living like she used to when I was very little and her house was normal and clean and she and the freak wasn't a freak ....I woke up 1/2 expecting a call from sister saying they had died 
this wears me out

One thing at a time, you know I do not do many dream interps BUT 2 things strike me strongly.
Tell me what the knife looks like, and the cougar, the background behind her and it is a her.

I thought the cougar was a "she"
the knife is silver it is like a cross between a knife and a scalpel.... not sure how to describe it...it fits inside the book  the book is leather bound plain dark brown....the size of a diary/journal...not a tiny book or a huge book

I have thot long about this Cats..you know I rarely interpret dreams but each time I come to this one I get one word: changes
So I would say that changes are the premise for this perhaps?

I believe you are right..... the changes I am experiencing are huge and my dream life may just be giving me a heads up to be prepared for whats to come.
