Crystal gridsSeeing as I am not well right now I am thinking alot about what I can do to cure or help myself improve faster. I set up several crystal grids...one around the bed, one here at the computer and another on the couch where I seem to spend most of my time recently. I fill them full of Reiki and light and then sit or lay within them. I used quartz, citrine, amethyst, and bloodstone. Lots of points with my power crystal in my hand (about softball sized) a clear quartz crystal.
It feels very warm and purry.....makes me sleepy but this is good I think. Each time I rise to do "something" I feel a hand on my brow pushing me back. So i will be good and think..intend heal....
The other nite before beginning the drug regimin I played with a chakra hanging. I have it nearby as well. Kinda cute but I need more and different stones for the design. I am back to the couch see you tomorrow Spirit/God willing.
