Cross over method

This method works with ADD and ADHD, but it is also helpful for all motor/neutrological disorders, including dyslexia, stroke, Parkinshons, MS and so forht.
With the client lying on thier back, have them cross the right ankle over the left. Have the client cross thier arms so that the left wrist is crossing the right wrist with the hands resting on the chest. Treat both sides of the head with Reiki for about 20 minutes and then have themswitch - left ankle over right, right wrist over left, and treat the head again.
If more than one person is giving Reiki, the second practitioner can place their hands on the places where ankles and hands are crossed and give Reiki. The resutls are amazing. I have also used this with pulmonary edema when  a person could hardly breathe because of fluids. In 20 minutes the swelling was visibly diminshed.

(Editors Note: For serious physical conditions like pulmonary edema, this technique should be used only in conjunction with the care of a licensed health care provider. When giving a self treatmetn, you can also extend the hands up to hold each of the opposite shoulders.)

Thanks to Reiki Master Mari Hall for this wonderful treatment method.

I have been doing alot of activities that involve right brain left brain switching....and instintively.... this is how I give myself reiki every evening.  I also find my hands choose to go right to left and vice versa, figured it is just my weird left handed, right hander glitch  q21
