I know somewhere in the forum we have talked about cleansing the stones but i can't find it.

I bought some stones and a book came with it called 'The Crystal Book' by Jennie Harding. Has anyone read this book.

at the beinging of the book it tell you how to clean and charge the stones. It says.

Before you use your set of stones, they need to be cleasned and tuned to your energy frequency for maximum effect. Simply pour some pure water into a clear glass bowl. place your stones in the water and leave them overnight and then in the morning drain the water and dry them with a dry soft cloth.

I just want to make sure before I do this, will my stones dissovle and get ruined overnight in the water?

The stones I have are below.

Clear Quartz
Amethyst
Sodalite
Green Aventurine
Tiger's Eye
Carnelian
Red Jasper

Is the Carnelian stone good for blood circulation?

I added a bit to this thread Hun.

Your stones do NOT need to be in water over night, just a rincse then set to dry and charge over night or thru the day. Your stones attune themselves to what you need soon as you are near them or hold them. Some do dedicate them verbally to help and to heal certain things..I just ask them to be with me and help as needed.

All good stones you have listed and all can take a nice rinse. Carnelian is good for the blood yes as well as being able to keep your other stones in tune.

Thank you Sage for clarifying things for me. much appreciated.
I think I will try and buy The Crystal Bible from the shops as soon as I can. I think I will be needing it a lot as i can never remember by heart what each stones do.
