ChangesI have felt scattered for such a long time, it's not a good feeling, but one you get used to.
However I am noticing changes, little bit by little bit and it feels like I am slowly coming together again.
Like a jigsaw.
I know I am not the only one who has felt like this.
I have noticed others too and some have found themselves again long before I will.
Others will maybe after me.
This ascension for want of another term is like a mystery tour, I sometimes wish I had never taken the bus, other times I am so glad I did.
Usually, like today, I just accept it.
Everything happens for a reason and all is as it should be :)

Oh my yes, this is true..I can be going along, puffing nicely like that little engine that could, then awaken to a day where I cannot I cannot and hide away..many changes in all of us, we must be brave and far seeing for within these fine changes we are creating new beings of light.

I am feeling really agitated today.
I not badtempered, nor upset.
I not tearful .......... for a change lol.
Just itchy inside, like I could scream.
But I cant do that here lol, I would have the police round banging on the door *sigh*

Oh Mia, sorry I was off yesterday delivering the boy....I suggest a nice carnelain when we feel like flying off, lots of rolling round and cuddling with it will settle that. Hope today dawned better for you.

I felt lots better last night Sage :)
I was in a chat room meditation circle.
When we finished, I asked if we could hold hands.
It was beautiful, the others hadn't done it before and they were amazed.
Anyways, I felt great after that :)
I'll remember carnelian, just in case ;)
