Healing with Sound, Music, Mantras
Many folk find music soothes the soul but oftimes it can heal. Sound heals, Mantras balance and help find the light. I will let our Sulis lead this forum but please add if you know of anything, or need something. Our Sue is a wonder at sound. Please share your experiences with Mantra/Sound healing also.

All Yours
Consider this your journal.
Many of us have random thoughts and meanderings, oftimes we share them and want a bit of feedback but many times we just need a place to speak from the beyond to get words to paper (or in this case to screen) with no need for responses.
I'd like to introduce a new place "All Yours" to journal and keep track of your thots random or manifesting...if you wish it....
