Bigger, expanded, fuller....Reiki has been at the forefront of my life this past month. My injury and it seems so many others with pain, sadness, injury and loss.
I stand before the window and open my arms, gassho and welcome the Guides and Masters and the wonderful Energy that is Reiki. As I flow from crown to foot or foot to crown I feel like a tree. Growing, blossoming and reaching near or far to help...to heal...to embrace.
I am reminded of a question once posed..."do we have to hurt to heal, suffer to send"...perhaps yes, or maybe no but I realize each day, each month, each year....for every pain I know...it makes me a more empathic healer, a more caring human who wants so much to be the best channel, the best vessel for the most wonderful thing...Reiki.
Like fire, warming and brightening the dark, Reiki "is"
