I don't know how to explain this one. I don't even know what it might be called, if anything. It's been going on all my life & I've never heard anyone talk about and I've never found it to learn about anywhere.

It seems that when something big is about to happen in my life, I start realizing that I have lived this before. Deja vu, it seems. Just for a second I might realize, as I reach for a shoe, that I've experienced this exact same moment before. The moments are always very mundane. Nothing horrific or significant. Just little things, like walking into a room or pulling back a drape or eating a grape. It's something about that EXACT second in time. These little vignettes are usually just a second or two long. Am I making ANY sense?

At first, I don't realize a pattern. It just might be one deja vu. Then a week later, another. Then, maybe the next day & then two weeks again. Then maybe 3 times in two days. There's no progression of frequency. The timing is completely random.

But the one thing that is significant, is that when the episodes become very frequent, something BIG happens in my life. I now have been having those things happen for about a month now. I'm making some planned changes in my life right now, but these things always predict unplanned changes. They can predict very bad or very good coming my way. Say, a heart attack or a wonderful unexpected new friendship that changes my life. I can't know.

Does anyone else do this or is it one of my "quirks" again???? I've been doing it all of my life. Never had a place to talk about it before with others who might understand. -- TT q18

I do understand TT.
I also very often have those deja vu moments too.
I cannot say I have noticed something significant happening after though.
I am going to take notice in future.

I live this often and yes oftimes the portend a future event...energies way of getting our attention so we can be aware. When they stack up as yous are, I pay heed to every little thing and then it becomes clear. Watch and wait, I do not feel any bad coming for you.....shall I do a read?

This happens to me about once a month or so. I will be sitting in a group of people and say "we've been here before" and everyone just looks at me kinda stumped q25

Not sure of a pattern either.

BTDT too. It's so odd too, to have it happening here on the coast, living in my "new" old house and working on our new tattoo shop....Living in the same town and knowing the same people for the last 20 years, I didn't think much about the deja vu moments when they happened, though I did always notice them. However, living someplace new and meeting new people, it really strikes me when I have a deja vu moment...

I've never noticed if they happen more frequently before a major change though. I'll have to make a note of it now...

I used to have this happen alot when I was young and then it kind of faded out as I got older..The episodes are fewer and farther in between..I can't remember exactly when the last time was...I wonder why I stopped having them..Alot of things that I experienced when I was younger, kind of faded over the years or they are very rare anymore..>I think that I may need to cultivate the "gifts" again, but I just don't know how...

Ok, it happened. Something BIG TIME happened in my life. Totally unexpected and not really welcome.

I just realized again this minute that the deja vu effect has been going on as I posted above. I did expect something to happen, but not this. As I said, I never know what it might be, but it's always BIG. Once again.............

I also just realized that they had stopped maybe a week or two ago. I usually think it's because they've become so frequent that I just start ignoring them. Thinking back on my life, tho, that seems to be the pattern of it.

And I remind you all.......if you do this too, pay attention. Or at least be aware that a change may be be coming for you. Good or bad. Change is a constant in our lives, but sometimes, it's approach just hits you in the face. I am surprised by what finally ocurred, but at least I knew something was coming. That, somehow, makes it a little easier to bear.
