Wow what a great day, he went through with us basically teaching us to be in the moment. its that simple. if only
i did really well, the girl i got to do gave me 90%, what can i say
so you go through the five senses one at a time and give it a score between 1 to 5 of how you felt you could ' see' hear'etc
the three strongest senses are what you use the most, so i would become present by looking at a spot becoming aware of the sounds around and the feel of my clothes on my body and what my fingers were feeling, touching.
you just have to keep dragging yourself back to now.
i got that the cats red collar was too tight - this is when she got her.
there was a terrior dog next door, pond in the garden, likes to get up round your face etc etc. she gave me 90%
trouble is as i left i got given a few photos to do when i got home

I did a friends cat, they are concerend how he is feeling as they have just had a baby and whated the cat to know they still love him very much.
I asked the cat how he felt about the new baby and i got a picture of him spraying the furniture.
She has confirmed that when the bought their daughter home the cat did spray the livingroom

Sage is right, Sue. You can tell the kitty that his people still love him but not to potty on things. That they have brought a new little person into the family to love him too......and the little person is NOT going away.
The owners of the cat need to "introduce" or show their cat their new baby too.
