I had a difficult Sunday night and Monday. Got my feelings hurt, got mad, then let that go and got very sad and disappointed. I kept noting tho as I sat on the couch and read or looked out the window and I would sigh....wondering how I can allow myself to be feeling this way...the Reiki would just kick in, sometimes it was the back of my neck that would become red hot...wonderful feeling. Another time my hands lay on my chest and they became red hot and it traveled my body like blood. Last night as I lay affirming my resolutions to not allow this to happen anymore it began with my feet and traveled up my body in a wonderful wave and out my crown....I went to sleep and slept the night thru, something I never do. Reiki was healing my hurts tho emotional without being asked, I really believe it. Can one be Reiki so deeply that it truly just is that person? and heals without thot?

I think that is how it is supposed to be.....I rarely have to ask for the reiki to turn on it just does....it helped a lot the last couple of days with healing some wounds and not just my own.....I really need to get the reiki II done ....but spare time has not been available.....
5 more weeks roughly then school is out.....
I am glad that the Reiki helped you  seems a lot of feelings were being trashed on Sunday
