One of my deepest fears has always been of being totally alone.
Now I think why?
I am my happiest when I am able to do things the way I want to and do things "when" I want to.
I was raised to think of others first. (mom waited on dad and so did I until he passed over,It was expected)
I find myself doing the same to my husband and knowing I should let him do for himself more. right? wrong?
Oh man are my thoughts going around today

It is difficult to withdraw from what is expected
However, it is sometime what people need
To really be at one with themselves

Aye but my friend, you are happy and content in the doing most times yes? It is the you then and he can be independent when needed.

Ah Sage you read me well, most times yes, threre are times he gets a "You have legs, use em" hehe and he does. He can be when he wants. I just have habits that ar e hard to break

There is being Alone......and Loneliness.
I doubt you would ever allow Loneliness, my friend. In my opinion, being Alone is a personal choice.
