SMOKY QUARTZ (clear smoky see through, sometimes with occlusions) is an incredible stone to help with meditation, to help with all things!. By holding one in each hand it can enable you to put aside the world and its problems and see into yourself and become centered and recharged.

Physically; Smoky quartz is excellent for treating radiation related illness or chemotherapy. Be sure to use a clear smoky stone you can see through, as opposed to an irradiated one which is not as effective. (those stones are usually very black or dark and not see through)
You will find yourself better able to handle stress with this gentle healing stone. Smoky quartz is especially effective for troubles of the hips, legs and feet. It relieves pain, including headaches when placed over the pain point, helps the respiratory system, muscle and nerve damage, and the heart, dissolves cramps, strengthens the back and helps the body utilize minerals.
