Selenite is a crystal form of gypsum. It's either natural clear crystals or white tabular crystals.
Selenite is the light bringer, due to its linear crystal structure it behaves like a natural fiber optic. If any light is shone through the material it is transmitted down the full length of the crystal. Never get it wet, it'll melt.
The crystal is easily carved or broken into natural wands . Selenite is considered as the sword of awareness cutting through assumptions and promoting connections between the conscious self and the inner mystic self. Selenite directs energy into the body and energy system to remove blockages which can result in disease or illness.

Selenite is powerful enough to clear negative energies out of Quartz Crystals and all other stones and crystals as well.

I was wondering if you could help me.

About a week ago I bought a Selenite Wand from Ebay. Along with then Selenite wand came a incense stick which smells really, really nice. I have emailed the person that i bought it from, asking them what I do with the incense stick, but she hasn't replyed back.

I was wondering if there is a purpose for the incense stick for the Selenite wand. q25

No purpose at all Ravi, many of the Ebay sellers enclose a gift to encourage you to shop with them again. If you like the scent lite it and enjoy it and ask her again the scent, she may well sell them.
Selenite is one of those wonderful stones that needs little or no cleansing but does love a nice moon or sun bath (mind not in direct sun for her to)

Congratulation on your new wand tho, I love the feel of selenite.

Thank you for that, can i use any incense stick or does it have to be a pacific one tat I need to use. I have many Indian Incense stick at home which I use in the morning when I do my prays.

Wont the wand be damaged by the smoke? How long all do i put the Selenite wand through the smoke for. I asking cause I don't want to damage my wand.

Last night I left my stones and bracelet out by the window sill, but I couldn't see the moon, as it was raining and very windy outside, will my stones still charge?
I put my bracelets on this morning and i left something in my arm as soon as i put them on, like some kind of very faint current. Has that happened to you? I know I was feeling naked and lonely without my bracelets on while they were charging, do you feel like that too? q25

Ah Ravi, yes I miss them when they charge but don't they feel wonderful when they come back! Oftimes I have a stone or crystal of the piece of jewelry to sleep with so I still have the energy.
Reading that about wafting the selenite wand thru the incense smoke was not something I'd heard of Hermie, even I can be taught..specially by you. I would smudge it gently Ravi, just my feeling, but I am sure our dear hermit will come round with more good words. XXX

You cannot use water on Selenite
So a smoking will do just fine
Any smoke will do
And no waiting for a moon
You can put Citrine along side it as well
Citrene is a natural cleanser
So many ways for those with so little time

Yup! Citrine or carneilan! Forgot about them! Oftimes I put one or both in a bundle cuz folks forget to cleanse.
