Seeing as so many of us have been reacting to this difficult May I chose one of favorite soothing stones..lepidolite. I love this smooth gentle stone for it's beauty as well as it's ability to calm frazzles.

LEPIDOLITE (sparkly lavender)
Lepidolite insists on being used for the greatest good as it dispels negative feelings, heals the throat, heart, and crown chakras. This stone is extremely useful in the reduction of stress and depression, it halts obsessive thoughts and relieves despondency, and helps you sleep.

Lepidolite contains “lithium”, and is also helpful with mood swings and bipolar disorders. It's wonderful for overcoming emotional or mental dependency. Addictions and complaints of all kinds are helped by this “stone of transition” as it helps with change, and the breaking of old patterns that can be self destructive with its power of objectivity and concentration.

“Physically”, it can locate the site of disease or illness and will vibrate gently. Lepidolite relieves allergies, strengthens the immune system, relieves exhaustion, it numbs sciatica, and back pain, overcomes joint problems, detoxifies the skin, and can help with menopause. (Also effective with epilepsy and alzheimers.)
