earthquakes, tornadoes, mud slides and more....each time I see a blurb on the yahoo page I cannot help but think we should be paying attention.

I try to look at things both scientifically and spiritually/psychically because I think earth and the universe is a combination of both.

So, yes. We should be paying attention. Our Mother Earth is telling us things, but people aren't "getting it". No.......I don't mean "global warming".

My feeling is that Earth is going through some natural changes that science is monitoring........but with the size of our population living on it, we have much more "power" as a unit that we've ever had and the unstableness of "US" is causing unstableness with our planet. Hope that makes sense.......

I think mother earth is cleansing herself same as we are all doing to ourselves at the moment.

take a look at the areas being treated, and think back in history to what negative things have happened in those area.

same as we are releasing negative blockages so is she.

i have read that England will be treated to a tsunami, we have done our fare share of negativity in the past. but when its you and your home its going to happen to its really scary.

I see it simply as the Earth doing what the Earth does. With modern media, we have more exposure to everything that is going on. A hundred years ago, the news wouldn't have been instant. It could have taken weeks to learn about a horror in China.

In time long, long ago, we might have never have been aware that some catastophe happened across the world. IMHO, it's a combination of nature + information bombardment. Too much information too often too intense. Sometimes, I put on the TV as soon as I wake up. It tells me all about the latest catastrophe. And I often say outloud -- "Well, it's not happening in THIS room." and shut of the TV. Callous? Yes, perhaps, but it's also self-preservation.

Our Earth is a violent orb. It was formed that way & continues to evolve. The "natural phenomena" would be happening, I believe, whether we were here or not. It may be influenced by cosmic sources, but we're just passengers & spectators. And sometimes, I think, trespassers. == TT

I agree with Time Traveler. This is mother nature taking care of her earth. Things may seem different because they are happening at different times and different places, but they still happen. I also believe there is a shift in the making but shifts have happened since the beginning.

Oh a wondrous good discussion. Mother needs to reset and we need to pay her more respect, if only....life will happen and go on...I have read many of these things also...NY being gone, Florida, Califonia, England..would we run and hide? Course not, but the work remains to be done..sharing the light and maybe sending help and peace and light when able....
