Hi everyone,
Thanks Sage, just a few words about myself to all.
I am 54 years old, male, married with three grown kids and have one grandchild. I live in a small town in England. I have had interest in things native american for some years now and seem to be drawn to the lakota sioux. I started having a recurring dream at the age of 13 or so, things added as I became older. I started having interest in herbal healing from the age about 17, but never pushed it, only in the last couple of years have I become somewhat more interested, actually finding out what herbs grow in my local vicinity and writing them down, with what medicinal actions they have, found some more than 80 so far.
I have been registered disabled for some years with having two discs removed from my back, mild arthritis in the base of my spine. Had accident at work some 18 years ago and injured neck, top back and right arm, not worked since. Then a few years ago was told I had Fibro-Myalgia. Now I am having treatment for frozen shoulder, as they say, it never rains but it pours. I try and keep active as possible, sometimes hard when your up in the middle of the night regular, but, there is always someone worse than you, so I just get on with life. Think that sums me up. Thanks again.

Welcome again Yellow Dog. One need not be of red blood to walk the red road BUT I feel at one time in your past life (if not more) you walked it in reality. Look within the pages here and you'll note many live in pain as well but learning to manage it and embrace it even, helps....I'm glad to have met you and hope we can help you with your dreams and your pain.
