Hi all,
I watch a T.V. programme last night, it was on BBC 1. It was all about herbal Reiki Healing. It was really, really interseing. Sorry I can't remember what it was called I deleted it after watching it.They showed how to heal depression using, what the Hindus called Ayurveda Healing. I went on this website and I spent hours reading it. I found out how to get rid of a cold quickly. How to do meditation, what to use when you have a headache. They have all kinds of Crystal healing stones and info about them on the website.

ayurvedic healing is part of an ancient Indian (india) religion or practice. It includes special yoga and diets typically vegetarian, and includes the use of herbs etc.
There are many many practices of healing and spirituality I have looked into most of them and taken what works for me. Some are as strict as religions like jewish orthodoxy others are more free flowing, some barely resemble religion and others are definitely religious in nature.
Have fun researching there is a huge world of healing out there....

That's kind of like me..I take stuff from many different places and use what seems to work for me and I am still learning..
