Now mind, some folks don't realize they are energy vampires or straws. They come to you full of need and even if you don't touch em, they begin to drain your energy if you aren't careful AND even if you are careful. I encountered this recently and am still trying to recover my energetic balance.
I feel totally tired, running on empty today, like I need some huge caffeine, but I don't use that stuff. I've got my sunstones on and my prehnites, I've bathed and smudged and cut ties yes, still I feel this dragging energy sucking me dry.
SO, I think it might be time again to discuss sheilding and protection so we can all help each other. This year is one of many seekers. Some honorable, some not so much so, how to tell? Listen inside.
How to sheild? well I use all things..stones and crystals, my guides, and I draw a circle round me and the other to keep us apart BUT leaks happen and I got one.
SO, tho I am at the shop I am taking a bit of quiet time (I hope) to try to recharge me battery! Any and all input and ideas are so very welcome and I'm open for a wee zap if anyone's of a mind to send one along.

Dont think youll much enjoy a zap from this location at the mo, will send tonight.
when i realised if was happening to me the other day i put a white light around me with a thick black border then i pushed against the energies till my room was full of light then the office.
then i did what mia said and put the light through me, and of course i asked the angels, allways ask the angels.
course a brisk walk around the block also helps.

i have the hands of light but have not been able to read more than the first few pages, picked it up a few times but just cant connect with it.
wonder why, i read books like a mad woman.
maybe ill try the other one.

I am always the same when I go to the hospital visiting.
My mum and sis drain me too.
I am one who doesn't protect myself regularly.
I believe I am always protected.
I am, but not against energy vampires.
I shall use my bubble with mirors facing outwards today, cos I am taking my kids to see their dad today.
