Just for fun -- Let's tell what we dreamed last night -- in short form. Just what stands out most to you. How strange and varied dreams are. It's my game, so I can make the rules.

Give us a view into the parts of a dream that you had recently (preferably last nite, if you dreamed last nite) that stood out the most for you. Mundane, mystical. they are all good.

For me, I was in a motel that happened to be a house I used to own. When I pulled down the sheets on the motel bed, they were exactly the same pattern sheets that I had on my "real" world bed. I realized that inside the dream & was amazed & amused.

Then, I had something else going on in the room (which was huge) and suddenly came walking thru the wall, a person a hardly know from SCA. (He is royalty & I've met him a few times but don't know him very well.)He & his wife straightened out whatever little problem I was having.

It just stuck with me. Dreams are so strange & seem so often to have no rhyme or reason. But I love them! They all teach me something -- maybe now, maybe later.

What wiould you all think of having a little dream journal we could add to once a week? We'd post the the dream that made the most impression on us over that week, or just pick the most recent. Not long write-ups, but enough to let the others know where you've been. - TT

Oh for fun....well this moon has had quite an effect on me. (Hell they all do but this one omg) Two nites ago (I think) I had a wee bourbon, muscles ached from chasing the young one.

I dreamt I was sitting in a nice restaurant, Bob was there q25

, and then a man and woman walked towards the exit and were just beyond my table. (I had recently had a dream or something about a man with smiling lips whose eyes did not smile but when he turned to me, his eyes smiled tho his lips did not...ok onward....)

I looked up and recognized this man..he put his hand on the woman's back (she was blonde about my age) and he told her to go on without him, he'd be along. His eyes smiled tho his lips did not as he sat down and took my hand. he said, "you've lost her". And then Aidan woke me saying he peed the bed! q10

Now what I want to know is how do I get that man!!!!!!

Sage, what I found interestingis that he said "YOU've lost her," not that he had lost her but you did. I wonder wht that means? Did it strike you that he said you lost her and not himself?

He said to Bob, "you've lost her"..I think it was said to Bob, by then all I knew is that there was another man sitting across from me when the smiling eyes man sat and spoke. By "her" he meant me.

Oh, I read it wrong......guess this puts a finality on the Bob thing, tho it's been sooooooooooooo long in finalizing. So, now it seems to me that your mind is settling on the fact that's it's finally seeing it's end. Whew! I like the dream. Did you?

Ok i dreamed of a hot air ballon,, its dusk and the colour is very similar to the sheets on the bed (either your dream has a theme or because of reading yours it affected mine q48

if you know what i mean) its a cream colour with beige coloured ballons on it.

the shape of the ballon is like a bomb.

I am explaining all this to Mikey, a blind man from big brother sitting crossed legged on the floor. (again real life affecting my dreams!)

the balloon looses air and deflaites rapidly to the floor, i run outside to my sister and tell her we look to the area and see we black smoke.

we run to the field (we are outside my mums house who used to have a field at the end of the road) i look at the path its starting to get dark and i hear my sister say 'oh no' it looks eiree but i think its ok theres two of us.

we stop a little way in and i realise we have gone inthe opposite direction to the smoke.

then im back in my room (this again is my old bedroom in my mums house) and it starts snowing heavily, i get all excited and want to ring my sister to tell her (something we allways do to each other when it snows, we love it

)

thats all i remember.

Ah Sue, I am not really good at this, sometimes it clicks right in. Our Cats is pretty good as is Haywire! For me this feels like you working thru the ups and downs you've been feeling of late with a final upswing of good.

Ah not to worry Sage, i dream every night, trying to figure them out drove me nuts so now i just remember and accept them for what they are, to me a filing system gone wrong q27
