I've never even attempted doing a body scan before. But this morning I was visiting by phone with an old friend who was worried about her 15 year old quarter horse gelding. He's been favoring his front right foot.
Without saying anything, I just quietly visualized......(How do YOU folks receive where the problem is?) It was as if I "saw" or was "pulled" with light and warmth to his shoulder. Does that make sense?
So, I told her that I sensed the problem was not his foot, but his shoulder. She almost screamed at me over the phone and said, "YES! How did you know? My friend, Jodie, who's a trainer looked at him yesterday and said the same thing!"
I gave him some Reiki without saying more and suggested to her that she have a chiropractor look at him.
Did I do right???
