I'll be brave and ask...can anyone here project themselves to another...to help, to soothe and other things? I have been finding that the 3am magic moment is quite open for me to go.....I have sucessfully done a few, done a few without feedback to sleeping children and adults to heal, I can actually place my hands on the them for the Reiki this way..weird!
Just wondered if anyone else has...y'all know I am always doing things outside the box.

but I figure if it works and does not harm, I shall fly the nite sky to those who want or need me. I should like to feel someone come to me one day "I think". I always fly with pure intent and good energy fully sheilded. Sage/Debs

well last nite I decided to travel to one I know. It begins with me finding my center and getting quiet inside...I have a picture of me and how I wish to travel and appear just in case the person feels or sees me, and then I hold the picture of the person I would visit in my mind's eye and how they look at that moment. Funny how I can see this in my head or heart?

Then I use "Intent" just as I would use the Reiki and go there. I have no real knowing of the how to get there I just am...then everything is tactile and vivid. Scents, sounds, textures...everything enhanced like being in thin mountain air when a whisper is heard as a shout.

If I am healing I touch this person and send the help. If I am just checking to be sure one is ok as perhaps my instincts are alarming me to something I can just tip toe along side and scan to be sure all is well. Sometimes I sense emotional distress and can soothe quietly. Other times I can do more...depends on the person and my intent.

and yes I know I'm a bit strange! but I do love it! q19

I am not sure I astral travel.

I found I could travel if that's what its called.

I shall explain and perhaps you can explain back lol

I made friends with a lady, we realised we were connected. She took me on a journey with her and we found we were mother (me) and daughter in a previous life.

Then one day she telepathically called me, I put my puter on and she was on msn.

This friend is closely connected to her guides, ascended masters and other beings. She was in trouble.

Sh had some what we called 'baddies' hanging around her. I could see them in her room when I looked and they were trying to enter her crown.

She wasn't herself, was pleading for help, so I went to her, not knowing what I was going to do, but knew I could help.

She had her guides and Jesus, St Germain, Merlin and Jasper around her, several others I cannot remember now.

I asked her to lay on her bed and I proceeded to pull long tentacle like bits from her body.

When I had finished, I went back online and msn'd her to ask how she was. Shortly she answered, I had left some bits behind, so went back and got them.

Since then I have 'operated' on a couple more people, not like Tory though, she's different lol, my 'special' friend lol

It makes me so very tired and the tiredness lasts a couple of days.

Also, with Tory, I have been beside her whilst she has fought baddies, protected her. When doing this I would die for her. I am certain this doesn't happen in this dimension.

So, is this astral travelling?

Yes Mia, sounds like you can fly. Be sure to ground and sheild for protection, this is why you are exhausted after.

I try real hard NOT to get into one who doesn't know I'm coming, it can spook, BUT if one I love or care for is in pain or great need, I will quietly tip toe thru and just blow away the hurt or confusion.

That's how I do my 'soul rescue' too. Don't know what you call it.

It's when spirit come to me, I know they want to go to the Light, so after we have chatted I take them.

And when I cleanse a room of negativity.

I can't do it in real time, I have to med and go.

I often 'go over the pond' that's where Tory lives. And Karen, oh lots of my friends. It only feels like next door though doesn't it?
