I had a nightmare last night, about going to the dentist about my loose tooth. (I don't have a loose tooth at all) I walked in the dentist waiting room, there was a room full of vampires waiting in the room to be seen. I remember I had to keep my heart in a steady rhythm and appear calm. The next I know I'm shouting at the dentist asking why he can't fix my tooth, then suddenly i'm running for my life and killing vampires to get to the other side of the road where its safe and vampires can't cross over.
I make it and i'm safe. I wake up from my dream feeling very hot, i look at the time and its 6.45am.
As I close my eyes again to fall alseep, i don't remember falling alseep again but i must have done. I felt a strong sensation on my forhead like my third eye opening, then i hear a male voice shouting. 'Wake'. As I hear the voice in my head, well more like a command in my head, before i open my eyes i saw a lady with long curly black hair, she was wearing a long white cotton dress walking pass my bed. I could not ignore that voice i opened my eyes and looked at the end of my bed no one was there.
Did I dream that? i don't know, but i could hear the echo of the command to wake as if it was urgent before something bad could happen still in my head as i sat up.
Before anyone says to me, 'you have been reading to many vampire books', I will have to say no I haven't, I haven't read a book in over 2 weeks and I haven't watched anything vampire movies either. I have been feeling tired lately don't know why and the need to help and make everyone feel happy.

When you feel tired and drained from doing for others it is a form of vampirism. The others are sucking your energy...so the vampires actually make some sense.
Someone was recently discussing teeth and their meaning I don't recall what that was, as for the wake command and the lady I have no idea......

Hi Cats,
Thank you for the information.
Do you know how I can protect/shield myself from vampire attacks?

I use regular shielding if I am really run down I sometimes sleep with my amethyst I also have certain stones hung at the head of my bed.....Sage should come along with some stone ideas and I am hoping someone else has more suggestions for you....I am not a real disciplined person and with reiki I find I can just let reiki flow when my loved ones become little energy suckers...lol...

Hi Ravi...whoa that was quite a dream and an awakening.
I will suggest some smoky quartz to protect your sleep, the amethyst to help with sleep and a bloodstone in a dish of water on your bedside table for good dreams.
Now as for the voice to WAKE, I will say a guide knowing you were going to cycle the bad dream again. The lovely lady in a white gown...I think was a guardian, maybe a guardian angel even.
I find when I give a bit too much of me and myself I have unsettling dreams. This warns me I am getting a bit too thin and it's time for a bit cave time nurturing me. Sometimes it's an hour, an evening, a day or a several days but I always feel better after.
SO..mind the stones that help with the night, and know it really has nothing to do as much with "vampires" as a draining of energy, so boost yerself and spend some time on YOU.
If I can help you just holler. The Reiki does help sooth the ruffled edges.

Thank you so much Cats and Sage for getting back to me. I do have Amethyst stones and smoky quartz but i don't have bloodstone, i will need to buy that stone at the weekend.
I don't really get a me time, I don't remember the last time i had a me time, although i am out of work, i'm always busy doing housework, cooking, doing homework with my kids, playing with them, trying to keep them and hubby happy. And then trying really hard to look for a job.
I will try and have a me time tomorrow, my kids are off school tomorrow as its teacher training day. I hate teacher training day.

Heheheheheh, I hear ya, but maybe a nice hot bath with candles and music tonight or some night soon...a glass of wine! some scrumptious chocolate, it can be a few minutes even with a cuppa tea and cookie, I used to make a pot of tea and prepare a tea party with cookies for the kids..I'd set them up in front of an old movie and then say I was going to have my tea at the kitchen and quiet so behave and have fun. They always did. Try it!

Oh Sage that sounds wonderful. But I don't think I can have a long hot soak with lighted candles and music, my kids always knock on the door saying can i have this and that, can i play the game, or there are fighting. As for watching a movie its out of the question, my 3 kids like watching different things andmy little boy wont sit down for more than 5 seconds, he is always doing the moonwalk dancing like Michael Jackson all the time.
My kids dont bug my hubby as he sleeps during the day as he work nights. I think my hubby has a night off next week i will make the most of it and pamper myself, with a small choc bar, a glass of wine and good book.

I'm gonna second Sage.....you MUST find time for you if you don't you risk having a nice breakdown/meltdown turning into a puddle of ooze basically.
My family is or was much the same...and I went several years without really spending much time on me.....after several shifts in the universe I now try to make sure I fit in my me time and everything goes a little smoother......

Everyone is right.......It's taken me a long time to realize but if THE MOM isn't happy??? NO ONE is happy! (This means physically, mentally, emotionally.)
Take care of YOU, so you can be fit enough to take care of everyone else.

Sorry I didn't reply back last night, my kids were fighting upstairs and i got so mad at them i turned my laptop off, the t.v. and told them that if they didn't say sorry to each other right now they will get no christmas presents. they said sorry and hugged each other and they all fell asleep by 10pm
I was so tired last night i didn't even meditate i just fell asleep.
I went shopping this morning and bought some chocolate and wine for myself, i am planning to have a hot bath tonight before i go to bed, if i don't i feel like i will go mad.
I hear what you are all saying and you are all right we all need to unwind now and then.
Sage if that offer is still up can you please send something to me tonight.
Thank you.

Just to you let you all know, I had a wonderful night sleep, I made the kids go to bed early and I ate my chocolate and had a glass of red wine, then I went to have a nice hot bath, and you know it felt wonderful and i was so relaxed for the first time in a long time.
I will be doing this more often now.
